Restrictions

• Children (ages 0-5 years) will be able to participate for free under the following conditions. Tour: An individual seat will not be provided. Please have them sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. If there are seats available, they are welcome to use it, however they will not receive priority seating. An individual meal or snack is not provided.
• Accommodations: An extra bed or futon mat will not be provided. In the case meals are included in the accommodation, a separate meal will not be prepared. If you would like any of the above for children (ages 0-5 years), please book them as a child.
• Tickets can only be delivered to hotels and hostels with a 24 hour front desk. Delivery to AirBnB accommodations and private homes is not possible.
• For the bullet train you will not be able to designate the departure or arrival time or choose your seating. Actual shinkansen times may vary due to train schedule adjustments.
• Lost or stolen bullet train tickets will not be replaced. Should you misplace your ticket, you will be required to purchase a new ticket at your own expense.
• This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.

• Upon booking you will be asked to provide information regarding your accommodation in Japan prior to this package date. Your tickets and final itinerary will be delivered to the address you provide at least one day before departure. If the mailing address changes after booking, please notify by 8 days before departure. Please check the tickets and the final itinerary for the exact train numbers and departure times.
• Baggage assistance is not available. Please make your own arrangements to have your baggage transported.
• This is an unguided free plan. Only the transportation and accommodations described in the itinerary are included in this package. All other transportation or services must be arranged and paid for separately by the customer.
• Changes may not be made to the scheduled bullet train. Customers who miss the designated bullet train may board a later train in the non-reserved car section on the same day only.
• No refunds will be issued even if the bullet train tickets are not used. In such cases, please use public transportation to the destination on your own.
• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
